Delete your 90North account

You can do this in the app under Settings, Delete account, or here without the app.

What gets deleted

Your name, crew membership, the daily counts your crew saw, your cheers and nudges, and the messages you sent are removed from our servers right away. Sign in with Apple or Google is disconnected, and server backups are cleared within 30 days. If you own a crew, the earliest member to join takes over.

What stays

Your arc keeps going on your phone, because it never lived on our servers. Your purchase stays with your Apple or Google account and can still be restored.

Confirm it’s you

Email us to delete it

Send it from the email address you signed in with, or the relay address if you used Hide My Email. We delete the account and reply when it’s done, within 30 days at the latest.

No account?

If you only used 90North on your own, nothing about you is on our servers. To remove your arc, check-ins, contract and backup, use Settings, Delete all data in the app. Your purchase stays with your store account and can be restored.
